My Review

The hotel is very conveniently located, just yards from New Place and the very centre of Stratford-upon-Avon. The building is Tudor in it's origins so the building is a bit uneven with floors that creak and virtually no level surfaces. The rooms are a little dated and in need of refurbishment
The few staff that were around were friendly and helpful - but it was clear that the hotel was understaffed.
