My Review

Unable to rate the hotel for the accommodation as the trip had to be abandoned due to storms closing the island
However the rating is based on the customer service - despite them being able to re-let the room to someone stranded on the island due to the cancelled flights they refused to refund my booking - effectively profiteering from the disruption, which is a sign of a hotel that has little respect for it's guests or reputation
