My Review

A nice hotel in a great location with comfortable rooms and helpful staff, but chaotically organised. The room wasn't ready when I arrived and took 3 hours to be made ready (thankfully I'd found other things to do in the meantime)
On the Sunday evening both the bar and restaurant were closed as there weren't sufficient staff to cover - despite the hotel being quite busy. All in all a good hotel damaged by poor management
