A small set of limestone caves that include some impressive stalactites and stalagmites. The museum on the site also gives a background on the geology of the island and some history of the creatures that once roamed the area including pigmy hippos and elephants

From Sliema the only direct route is via the hop-on-hop-off bus tours. To get there by public transport you need to travel via Valletta (Frequent, 20 minutes) and change there to a bus heading out to Birzebbuga [2016 routes 82 or 85] (Every 20 minutes, around 35 minutes)Latitude: 35.836486; Longitude: 14.528064
