My Review

Considering it is supposed to be superior to the neighbouring Etap that I stayed in the last time I came to Zurich, the Ibis is considerably inferior for service and quality!
The key card had to be changed twice to get one that worked, the door kept jamming, and despite booking 5 months in advance with clear instructions for a no smoking room I got one that stank of stale smoke. In addition the hotel instead of taking an impression of my credit card as security charged Sf600 (£300) directly to it to be refunded back when I left!
